Refund/Return Policy

We offer in store return if you wish to bring your products in store will process the returns as per our policies.

Please note, there is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange. 

If you simply change your mind, returns for an exchange or a credit note (excluding freight charges where applicable) are at the discretion of the birdcage flowers and gifts. 

If an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email the Birdcage flowers and gifts at the to arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

If your request to return an item for a credit note is approved you must return the product at your cost. The goods must be in original, resalable condition including the packaging within 2 days of receipt of your purchase. The birdcage flowers and gifts will not be responsible for lost goods.
